Sight offers a comprehensive range of DiSC services. We provide in-depth DiSC training and DiSC certification which enables new and existing HR leaders, trainers, coaches and consultants to provide DiSC behavioural profiling as part of their service.

4Sight also provides training and certification for the Everything DiSC Facilitation System and the Everything DiSC Application Library training solutions. This DiSC training system works in conjunction with customers’ individual DiSC profile assessments and includes the unlimited use of many ready-to-use, professionally developed and fully interactive DiSC training workshops – including comprehensive training resources and delivery notes.

We also distribute a range of Inscape DiSC software and DiSC products including the EPIC (Electronic Profile Information Centre) online DiSC profile management system which is both secure and easy to use. DiSC profiles can by set up to be completed in-house or remotely via a secure link and password. All completed DiSC profiles can be managed and stored within your own secure EPIC System.
